Body clippering is a quick, comfortable and highly customisable way to manage unwanted or excessive body hair without waxing it from the root or shaving directly against the skin.

Choose Your Length

You decide how much hair you would like to retain. Our professional clippers can be fitted with different guard lengths, allowing us to reduce the hair while maintaining an even and natural appearance.

A longer guard lightly tidies and controls the hair, while a shorter guard creates a much closer, cleaner finish. A Grade 0 or no-guard finish is the closest clipper option; however, it will generally leave very short stubble rather than the completely smooth result achieved through waxing or shaving.

If you are unsure which length to choose, your therapist can show you the available guards and recommend a length based on the area, density of hair and result you would like.

What Happens During the Appointment?

Your therapist will begin with a brief consultation and examine the condition, length and direction of the hair. Together, you will select an appropriate clipper guard and agree on the areas to be treated.

The hair is then clipped systematically for an even finish, with edges and adjoining areas carefully blended. Professional equipment and attachments are cleaned and disinfected between clients in accordance with our hygiene procedures.

Treatment should not be performed over broken, infected, sunburnt or significantly irritated skin.

Before and After Your Treatment

Please arrive with clean, dry skin and avoid applying heavy body oils or moisturisers immediately before your appointment.

After clippering, showering will help remove any loose hair. A light, fragrance-free moisturiser may be applied if the skin feels dry. Wearing clean, loose clothing can also help prevent unnecessary friction on freshly groomed areas.

Choose waxing if you prefer a smoother result with hair removed from the root and several weeks before noticeable regrowth.
