Important Gift-Voucher Information

Please ensure the recipient receives the following information with their voucher.

Making an Appointment

Gift-voucher appointments cannot be booked through our online booking system.

The recipient must call Mens Body Works directly on (03) 9429 5400, advise us that a gift voucher will be used and have the voucher details available.

If an appointment is booked online without advising us that a gift voucher will be used, full payment for the treatment will be required on the day.

Presenting the Voucher

The original gift voucher or electronic voucher must be presented at the appointment so it can be verified and redeemed.

Redemption Days

Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed on weekends or public holidays. Voucher appointments must be arranged directly with our team for an eligible weekday.

One Recipient at a Time

A gift voucher can be redeemed by one person at a time and cannot be divided between multiple recipients during the same booking.

Eligible Services

Gift vouchers may be redeemed for treatments performed in-house by Mens Body Works.

They cannot be redeemed for:

• Retail products

• Services delivered by independent partners

• Treatments excluded from the voucher’s stated conditions

Refunds and Transfers

Gift vouchers are not refundable to the recipient and cannot be transferred to another person without the express permission of Mens Body Works management, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
