Before You Book

Online Booking Deposits

A 30% deposit is required when booking most treatments online. This secures the time reserved especially for you and forms part of your treatment payment.

Your appointment time is valuable, and so is the time of the therapist preparing to look after you. Thank you for respecting our booking and cancellation policies.

Using a Gift Voucher?

Gift-voucher appointments cannot be booked through the online booking system.

Please call us directly on (03) 9429 5400, advise us that you are using a gift voucher and have the voucher details ready.

Gift vouchers must be presented when you arrive and cannot be redeemed on weekends or public holidays. If an appointment is booked online without advising us that a gift voucher will be used, full payment will be required on the day.

Booking for Someone Else?

Please make the appointment in the name of the person receiving the treatment.

Use the booking notes to let us know if the appointment is a surprise or if there is anything important we should know before their visit.

First Time Using Our Online System?

All clients are required to complete a once-off online registration—even if you have visited Mens Body Works previously.

Existing clients should enter the same mobile number and email address held on their client record. The system will recognise your details and prompt you to create a password.

After Making Your Booking

Once your appointment has been successfully booked, you will receive an email confirmation. Please check your junk or spam folder if it does not arrive in your inbox.

An SMS reminder will also be sent before your appointment. Please respond to confirm your attendance.

If you do not receive a confirmation, contact us so we can check that your appointment has been recorded correctly.

Can’t Find the Time You Need?

Please call us.

Some longer treatments, packages and multiple-service appointments require several rooms or therapists to be coordinated. The time you need may not appear online, but we may be able to arrange it for you manually.

Appointment Changes and Cancellations

Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you.

Please provide at least:

  • 24 hours’ notice for individual appointments

  • 72 hours’ notice for group bookings of two or more people

Late cancellations and missed appointments may result in the loss of your deposit.

If you are running late, please call us. We will always do our best to accommodate you, although your treatment may need to be shortened to avoid delaying the next client.

Helpful Booking Information

  • Please arrive approximately 10–15 minutes before longer spa, body or advanced-treatment appointments.

  • Female clients are welcomed every Wednesday.

  • Mixed-gender couples’ packages should be booked on a Wednesday.

  • Some advanced skin, scalp, laser and hair-replacement services may require a consultation before treatment.

  • For the best mobile booking experience, use Google Chrome and ensure cookies are enabled.
